Judge Micheli did not say that Guede could not have moved it because someone heard the screams and he ran away! Judge Micheli said that Guede was out partying and then ran away on a train and thats why HOURS AFTER the muder he could not have moved the body!
The body was moved hours later because the blood was dried up and her cells were crushed where she had been lying (this is science so there is no use disputing it!)

All the rumors about bleach were false. The prosecution did not present any test results in court that indicated bleach was used to clean anything.
If Raffaele actually touched the bra clasp there would be a large amount of his DNA on the clasp. There was not. Most likely the trace amounts of DNA found on the clasp was from Meredith's hand when she put on her bra. The DNA was Meredith's, Raffaele's and 3 unknown people. Meredith's hands picked up DNA from things she touched.

I would like to point out, Guede said he had oral sex with her. All the evidence clearly shows Guede alone murdered her. I believe Guede did have oral sex with her but it was after her murdered her. Everything in that document an intelligent and thourough person could have already gleaned and source-checked elsewhere. Every shred is still entirely fallible and if someone can take anything from that "primary source" and prove her presence at the time of the crime I will believe she is guilty. As it is, all I see is hype.

She is living 70m away, both windows close. It is TECHNICAL IMPOSSIBLE that she hear a scream. Nobody can tell me that Jude Miceli that not know. So Rudi has enought time to move Meredith. Also, he said it by himself. This trial is a farce!

The body was moved HOURS after!
Judge Micheli did not say that Guede could not have moved it because someone heard the screams and he ran away! Judge Micheli said that Guede was out partying and then ran away on a train and thats why HOURS AFTER the muder he could not have moved the body!
The body was moved hours later because the blood was dried up and her cells were crushed where she had been lying (this is science so there is no use disputing it!)

All the rumors about bleach were false. The prosecution did not present any test results in court that indicated bleach was used to clean anything.
If Raffaele actually touched the bra clasp there would be a large amount of his DNA on the clasp. There was not. Most likely the trace amounts of DNA found on the clasp was from Meredith's hand when she put on her bra. The DNA was Meredith's, Raffaele's and 3 unknown people. Meredith's hands picked up DNA from things she touched.

I would like to point out, Guede said he had oral sex with her. All the evidence clearly shows Guede alone murdered her. I believe Guede did have oral sex with her but it was after her murdered her. The police said Guede's DNA found in her was possibly from his saliva. I think it was but it should be obvious to anyone she did not consent. I'm sorry this isn't pleasant but obviously Guede had sex with her corpse. I have no doubt about this.
