@ iwantlexuslfa I have to call you out on some of your BS, the latest Generation GS (S190) 2006-today did not win any of those awards, that generation car fell off the map, it has been beat by Infiniti M from 2006 until today in every way that matters. The 2011 Infiniti M won Ward's best interior in it's debut year. And Popular Mechanics top luxury pick for 2010. Honestly the only thing that is saving the 2013 Lexus GS is its new front fascia which gives the vehicles a powerful stance from afar. Its very aggressive from the front however as a whole, the car is very bland and uninspiring from every other angle. Its a good car, not a great one. The interior is undeniably much better then its predecessor but if we are going to talk about refinement and design I would say the interior of a M37 has more character then the GS.

Infiniti has never been praised for the quality or their interiors or their designs... Lexus has. And if the GS is boring, then lord help the A6, 5-Series, and E Class. Someone's jealous lol.

The GS has never even been top rated for Roadfly, Edmunds, Automotive etc etc. The Infiniti M has always been top rated with the BMW 5 series, the previous GS was neglected in the luxury market. You are sorely mistaken if you think the GS is the holy grail of Mid sized luxury sedans. The M37 is by a long shot better the the Lexus GS, thats not to say its the best sedan in its class but way better then the Lexus in every conceivable way

@Johncarson9113 Actually the Infiniti M got a terrible handling with ESP Off, I saw the test on the most important italian car magazine "Quattroruote" of the diesel version (on sale only in Europe), the car has been ranked with only 2 stars tested on track and they said that the ESP is indeed necessary. If you compare the "BMW" handling of the new GS with the Infiniti M handling you will see that the M will be easily beated by the GS. And the Infiniti reliability sux,can't compare with Lexus.

After all the Infiniti is the main alternative to a German luxury sports car. You can not at all compare the driving dynamics of a Lexus with a Infiniti let alone a BMW, your loyalty to the brand is issue.

@Johncarson9113 I have read many prototype reviews of the new GS saying its closer to the bmw in terms of driving dynamics than ever, and even closer since the new 5 is more like a lexus in terms of ride quality luxury the lexus is known for. Now having owned many variety of cars; my current line up consisting of german cars, i have a hard time believing a lexus (other than a real F) can be on par with that. But i have not driven the new GS so i really cant say it isnt sporty.

Honestly, I am not impressed by new design, look too confusing with new ES, although not to the lexus owners. especially both front and rear lamps look too similar shape with ES, i was hopping to see slip front lamps like prev one, also tail like 2nd gen, but oh well, not only that, its about .5sec slower now.

all the functions in GS is alway been brand new to the Toyota line which I like about LEXUS
