First, make a video of you making a face. Use the blade tool to make a separate clip of when you are actually making the face. Then apply the fisheye effect that doesn't say fxplug to that clip. Adjust the radius and the amount to your liking and click the center thing and put the effect where you want it. if you want to do the eyes, do it the same way but adjust the amount. I didn't do that here.
To get the skin to change, add the luma key to the clip and adjust the threshold and tolerence to your liking. Add the spill suppressor blue or the spill suppressor green and experiment with that. Put an unedited version of the same clip above the edited clip and put the eight point garbage matte on that. Adjust the corners and all and feather it and click invert. now render it and it should be good...depending on how still the camera was.
