La versión Original por lejos la mejor, Ya que tiene la instrumentalización es bien argentina con la guitarra y los instrumentos de viento (sikus o quena) segun pude aprecia ;Aparte la voz de la cantante es muy melancólica y dulce. La versión española está bien pero tiene un deje español valga la redundancia, que no queda bien. (Sin ofender ). Gracias por subirlo ^^

Marco was made by studio Ghibli people, Miyazaki and Takahata. They are both good animater and story teller. That's why This anime looks so good even back in 70's. Heidi was also made by them.

En realidad es aleman La version que se paso en Peru tenia ese opening donde hasta salian los titulos en aleman. Nunca me habia percatado que el opening japnese tenia charangos en la musica. Que chevere ese opening!

The original version triggered hidden memories. I could hum along the tune after 20+ years. The German version is sick. I mean what is the point in disguising an essentially painful story as a serene kindergartener's stuff?

well, Japanese animes always had some mature themes even in child animes. (for example Dragon Ball, nudity and death?) I think Germany likes to treat children as they are when they are young^^

they are used to Donald Duck, Mickey Mouse, Tom & Jerry.

this is still a children anime. to appeal the children I think it's nothing wrong, well I grew up with the German version xD

I´m German and the German version doesn´t appeal to me, sounds too hokey. I made a video myself and used the Spanish version (my favourite) that consists of the same video like the Japanese, but the singer is a little child. That sounds so sweet and heartrending...!

The Germans seemed to be careful with everything sad. I know that some scenes were deleted for the German version, e.g. in one episode Marco dreams of his mother drifting into a waterfall with a boat and disappearing.
