Would you hire a fellow technician that was laid off from his last company do to making an uproar of a GPS system? Also the tech is not completely innocent I mean he claims he was on his break and she didn't look like a cop.. But anyways i'm getting off topic... What if this tech has a special woods dedicated to him aka Lumpy Lane...

@DrZarkloff The main issue was the company bought GPS for all there vans cause they don't trust us... I've been called because of van Idling too long 20 mins gps sends emails to the shop... i'm sorry if the weather is 10 degrees out I need a warm place to go when i'm stuck on a roof working on a RTU... Its all about micro managing... *note* there is special orange paint on the zip ties/connections for the gps so if anything is tampered with--- out the dooor we go...

And atleast he was with a woman while he was on his break. I honestly don't see what the guy did wrong? Sounds to me like you work for Gomez Adams heating and air.

I've investigated his living conditions as of 2/17/12 so far I can tell he lives in a mobile home/bought a vehicle that required a bailout/listens to music such as NickyMo and the Marmalukes/Has been turning down jobs left and right/ not to mention a brother that stole his wife... DrZarkloff If you would have seen how unstable/unlevel he installed his A/C unit you would have thought Norman had done it...

i watch a good bit of your videos and learn something from almost every one. I dont really have a lot of technical experience but i do have my EPA universal and R410a certs. Sadly in my city that doesnt get you too far

@nateduece I got my EPA universal working onR410a,also got osha 10 hour card with tow motor,proper use of a fire exstinguisher,and CPR.But lacking techical experience myself.Sounds like my state.Sadly in my city that doesnt get you too far

You should do a video with a bad technition. Example: wrapping a contactor with tape or determining if a unit needs a charge by touching the line sets. That would be great. Nice video though.

Sadly, some contractors have a "sell'em-a-new-unit" first attitude. Companies are starving for revenue. Technicians and salesmen have morphed into a single being that seeks to victimize the consumer. My mindset hasn't changed over the years: Just FIX it! Keep the customer's cost as low as possible but don't compromise the company's liability. There's a thin line between building/maintaining customer loyalty and keeping your employer happy.
