@JiminPalmSprings . Yes, Queen Sofia was presiding over a military ceremony on behalf of her husband. The woman in the stands wanted to give her a petition to right an injustice to her husband, and broke thru the lines and tried to enter the parade route as the Queen passed by. I can't just recall what the issue was, although I do recall that upon inspection the petition was found to have merit, and the matter was addressed.
