If you swallowed the Chuck in the right state would you do a Chuck Powerup? Could you use Reserve Yoshi to play around with a Bonzai Bill in your mouth since they're always slot 0?
No and yes respectively. I'm not sure exactly why, but having a powerup like a chuck/feather/flower being carried in your mouth will still only give you a coin when you swallow it.
You can also get the Banzai Bill in your mouth with the double tongue method, so long as the sprite that was last on your tongue was also in slot 0. But yes, you can use a SD (second division) Yoshi as well.
