This movie is excellent in its portrayal of the real incident due to the incredible acting by Sul Kyung Gu and Kim Nam Joo. Many people give Kang Dong Won credit here, and although I'm a fan too, I think the two main actors are what makes this film so great.

How tragic. And the fact that the murderer is still alive somewhere today... I'm not a very vengeful person but I cannot forgive this person.

One of my favorite movies and probably one that made me cry the most, next to Taegukgi.

This movie is based on a true story, its a kidnapping of a 9 year old boy Su-Wong (real person is Lee Huong Ho). The real life kidnapper is very fucking cold hearted. Take people's money away and he thinks he could run away with it, what a loser. You can listen to his original voice and the sketching of his face at the end of the "voice of a murderer" movie. Must watch!
