No I think the band was referring to the Fourth of Jew lie like either A fourth reich by Jews or some kind of Jewish rich people abuse riot rampage...Which just happened.
Not killing Jews for the Israelite, the whole consecration, destruction Sacrifice thing...
The whole Jesus Cracking a smile from the hole thing...
It really sounds like the downward spiral of Jewish culture interaction with civilization, the entire album, like say limousines and Black hole sun/son The puns are pretty hilarious...Limousines kind of sounds like they were planning terrorism in the new millennium in the ninety's...
This video is twisted, I love it! Dark nuclear holocost imagery, clips of SG on stage in between, great job! Also, one of my favorite SG songs. Have, or will you do a video for Like Suicide?
I think wityh the technology we have today, nuclearb bombs are the least concern we have. By now surely we have a much more advanced way to wipe out the population then to nuke it and make the land useless. They just want us to think nuclear bombs our still our biggest fear, to keep us blind sheeple and to keep us from seeing other ways they can really control our population without destroying everything.
@tanvo93 Cool...yeah...I'm trying to get to Toronto for the July 2nd show. Not sure if I can make it but I'm gonna do everything I can to not miss these guys before they call it quits for good.
@tanvo93 By the way...not sure if you've seen them live but I found Mars Volta was a bit chaotic live. Saw them open for System of a Down in 2005. They're ridiculously good musicians, but I have a hard time getting into the long jams they play live.
@kovalevisgod im super down with the mars volta..im not a pot head of any sort but im super into jams cuz i do them myself..catchin a rythm n groovin to it..the funny thing about the singer is that he hates moshing but loves dancing haha..u should check out there previous band at the drive-in..that was some crazy stuff..
and im just excited that i get to see them both live!
@tanvo93 Actually, I AM a pothead but like I said I find TMV's jams a bit chaotic. My favorite band of all time is Primus though. That's a band that finds a groove and just goes with it. When you say "catchin a rhythm n groovin" to me it implies something that is bass-oriented. I find TMV is more guitar/drums. I could be mistaken, but I find the bass is conspicuously absent in a lot of their shit. L'Via VIaquez has a good stomp quality to it and Ilyena has some funk. Like I said, maybe just me.
@kovalevisgod yea i get what u mean..there bass mostly fallows the kick drum..but the thing about when they jam they dont play in any key signatures or anything..its all rythm based..drum based..and melodies that fit come and go.its an idea that can come from classical hindi music (im indian i should know right? xD haha)
Absolutely awesome! I hope that they don't try to censor or alter your artistic interpretation. This just speaks dead-on to so many heavy issues, like war, and doomsday, and the fate of humanity. True enough, it is negative in its vision of our fate, but I think that it is both beautiful and beneficial that we consider such images, and ponder our collective fate as a species, and the choices we are faced with. Hopefully so that we can prevent these types of things from occurring. Peace!
SO effing AWESOME!!! god I miss the early 90's! such a great time for rock, chicks rocked, we got grunge, it was so great and it all went away, damn!!!!
This video was amazing! I can't tell you how well you put it together artistically! fantastic. This is what you should do! I think people really get the song after seeing this video, it hypnotizing....
I don't think writing a plea in your description to youtube really matters... But anyway, this video was fucking awesome! Like, legit awesome. Very believable as a music video. Kinda wish the Jesus pic blended more into the video, if you get what I mean.
I always thought it was about Neitzsche and what he called the "insecurity of true independence". We're probably all wrong, but brilliant fucking song all the same.
Not likely :( Maybe for a few shows but Cornell doesnt seem keen on making a new album cuz he doesnt wanna fuck up the bands legacy. Which is fair to be honest. None of the band have raised the issue either .

No pun.
It's either about a nuclear fall out or some Christian references.
