My mother is already dead, metastasized breast cancer. She lived a long and fruitful life in comparison to other relatives of mine, one of which succumbed to breast cancer in her twenties.
I called my sister instead, and she said, hypothetically, if an educational institute approached her for such a video, she would consider it.
Again, it's no big deal. Many in my family work and assist in education and science.

Topless bars are only found in specific cultures that sexualized the breast. In great parts of Africa the heel is sexualized, and the breast is not.

The breasts are mammary glands. They are not sex organs. Species also have a huge variety in what attracts mates, it is not automatically tied to sex organs. In fact, it generally is not. What makes a mate appealing, in nature, generally is health and strength, which are displayed through say bright feathers and loud singing. And not the cloaca.
It is no different for humans. One of the standards we found out was the waist-to-hip ratio, which might be interesting

The Western culture I am currently living in has seen a rise in recent feminism over the years, with women demanding equal rights. Successfully so, leading to a desexualization of the female breast. It is still appreciated, but only in a sexual context. In public sphere contexts such as swimming pools and beaches, they are no different from say, your foot.
