It's a channel called TVone, on a show called "cedric the entertainer presents." It aired back in 2004, but is syndicated on TVone and still airs all the time. I just saw it again the other night. I have to have premium cable channel 2hundred and something to get it, though. check ur listings. The show is a skit show, like saturday night live, in living color, or madtv, something like that. pretty funny.
