    you can fully recover from a heavy workout in three days if you stretch properly and stay active so, thats nonsense

  • @stawg007 You are correct muscle usually takes 3 days to heal but it will depend on diet,sleep , type of muscle train slow twitch or fast twitch and in which type of muscle like legs bigger muscle takes longer to heal and finally the tendons are the ones that take one week to fully heal. During the time we posted that comment we ere ignorant and only use information from one type of source,we apologies for the inconvenience.

    and no worries, i know there has been times where i have been sore for a week due to inappropriate training and not enough stretching etc its not fun lol
