Great Job,bro.I'm a huge fan of the Riddler,and he's probably my favorite after the Joker.I'm a also a big fan of Johnny Depp (who isn't),and his role in Public Enemies showed just how awesome he would be the next Batman villain.Plus,he's already played opposite Christian Bale.And,he has that cerebral look that Riddler personifies in the comics.I think Philip Seymore Hoffman is a great choice for the Penguin,but I doubt Nolan wants to tackle that character in his series.

I don't want Penguin in the next movie, because I personally think he would make it corny, but if he is, the one person who I think would play him way better than Hoffman is Bob Hoskins. He is a great actor and has the look and voice for Penguin, and could give him a good asshole-like attitude towards Batman. Picture Eddy Valiant from Who framed Roger Rabbit, but in Penguins outfit. I know it sounds funny, but picture it. It would be really good. Just my opinion.

Not to mention that Black Mask was originally set to be in Dark Knight, but they decided to use Dent/two-face at the last minute. Nolan has said he wants to use a character that's never been used on screen, so Mask would be logical. Having a Bane that's actually based off the comic book, unlike batsuck and robinscuck, would be cool too.

You don't have to worry. That was just a silly rumour that was spread on the internet. Nolan and Goyer said that they really aren't interested in using villains that have been used in the Burton and Schumacher franchises. The Joker and Two-Face are the exceptions because they are integral to the Batman mythos. The writers want to explore other villains from the 69 year history of the character.

the plot will be penguin doing the mob things like the DEPARTED and Batman trying to prosecute him and stuff but in the beginning it is all about asylum and joker. and later Batman interviews the joker if he know how to catch the penguin. and later on a CIA or a doctor sth had a bad turn in life and becomes a mad guy. Joker tells him what is fair and stuff and later he becomes mad and he then later become more and more mad. penguin has the absolute mob power and he is now turning gotham.
