I wish i had God's love in my heart... This sucks I wish i felt sympothy for people and I wish I could share Jesus, but there are too many and I hate sharing why i have not clue.. I hate to share!

You guys make me sick going to another country and destroying their ways and beliefs. IF anything, you should try to learn something from these people who have more history than you guys. I feel so sorry for these guys cause they just converted to any group that showed them kindness. If muslims or jews or pagans came there, they would have done the same thing. These people just needed to reach out to someone and this cult saw that need, taking advantage of that.
Khalilah, when I took a course on inter-cultural communication back in university. All my classmates seemed to feel what you expressed. I offer you the same apology I offered them: We have done many things wrong in the name of God. But not every missionary work is the same.
Some of us have been touched deeply by the overwhelming love of God. We are not compelled by institution or creed, but by love. We are compelled to share this love and this reality: God loves you!
I don't speak for Iris Ministries. But I speak as from one person to another person. This is not about culture. It is about a love that transcends culture and speaks to the heart. I'm sorry if you have been wronged by a Christian in the past. Please forgive us. May this one message only ring true: Jesus loves you!
