  • what i found works with a lot of my clients is implementing high reps burnouts of sets of 30 on ,major muscle groups. This prevents the muscle atrophy of cardio. When you switch your workout from weights to cardio you leave yourself susceptible to decrease in mass. Plyometrics, high rep rows, and high rep benches get your heart pumping relatively quickly while helping you add slow twitch muscle fibers which are necessary to having a ripped appearance.

  • HI there well done , i am doing the same, The thing is also to interuppt the old patterns of behaviour, eating habits, etc. when you find yourself doing the old behaviour ( intertupt it ) and replace it with something else. this is why lots of people fail becuase they go back to OLD patterns... WELL DONE AND KEEP IT UP

  • bro! how do u lose that stomach shape? and i have one more question. i've been working out on my chest.. and i can see the muscle, but its not well define.. they say i have to work out decline bench press and all to bring a shape to the bottom part of the chest which is the lower pecs.

  • The 1st week is a hell for me, I am starting Arnels 16 week training plan again, I had trouble with pullups, but now that my upper body is stronger I am able to do pullups, can't wait to start from monday, gonna give it 100%

  • yeh i was just really scroniey tho .

    for somereason its come easy to me i have only done cardio and i found it is definately the quickest way. I spent like a year just lifting 5kg dumbells on and off getting nowhere really. But i have been doing cardio for like 6 weeks and easily got me cut. 6 pack going on 8. Yh once again keep at it and then one day its weird u see amazing definition appear. Keep tensing often it helps lol :D

I look a lot like you did before you started the challenge at the moment and I'm running to Sports Authority tomorrow to pick up some dumbells and a chinup bar as well as a fitness band and I'm starting on monday. Going to do these monday/wednesday/friday until I get to the circuit training and do them Mon/Thurs and Tues/Fri.

    I'm also curious as you what you are eating. Have you changed your diet much?

  • i just kept an eye on what i ate n tried to stay low fat food. The best way is to first quit the obvious stuff as fizzy drinks, cola, chocolates crisps and fried stuff.

  • great results bro..i"m really confident now in starting this program. Did you start with the beginner workout recomendations? I feel as though I can do the intermediate or even the advanced..but I don't want to over estimate myself.

  • i've not really kept a tite watch at whether i am doing the beginner or the intermediate level. since you have the same workout for the whole week the best way is to decide on the first day as what level u wanna go so that u have energy enough all the way till the end.
