Idea for Hillary. I think if you made a immediate manditory cap on credit card interest rates that a credit card company could charge set at 20%, and a 2% reduction per year every year for your 1st term It would stimulate the economy better that the Bush economic stimulas package. Due to Bush's change in bankruptcy laws you eventually have to pay back a credit company even through bankruptcy, yet the rates did not go down. The prime went down but credit card intrest rates did not.
