People study DNA every day, and much research and science (life-saving medical science) is done based on what is already known about DNA. It is not hocus pocus pseudoscience - it is an applicable product of the scientific method. I did as they suggest, ive done rolfing, meditation, toning, toning in groups and tai chi (self taught exercises) I asked in meditation to be allowed and shown the information for probally two years. I was very dedicated due to the problems i had, i could not work at all. I had the time.

I did as they said and used all of my time to find out if this is real, it is..
