@geitepung I've seen them in a store actually, a Science Fiction book store :P I really wanted to try it, but they were really expensive :D I have no idea what's in them either.
I din;t want to give anything away! Read the "Sookie Stackhouse" books by Charlaine Harris to find out. Each season corresponds to each of the books pretty closely with just a few changes. So you'd want to check out book 3 & 6. I missed him a bunch until I kept on reading and read book 6 "Definitely Dead" and discovered why Bill was initially interested in Sookie. I kind of secretly hope they don't go by the books though, because I do love Sookie and Bill together as a couple.
@jenwentworth I hope they won't go there as well, because I LOVE Bill & Sookie together. But even if they do (and they probably will), I hope they will get back together, with a passionate reunion scene! :)
@jenwentworth i haven't read the books yet and was told that eric told sookie this whole thing in order to win her over but i thought that eric lied to her...so it's actually true, isn't it?omg
@penelopebot Eric did tell her that to win her over, but Bill admits to it as well. He also said that he truly did love her...but Sookie loses all trust in him once she realizes that.
@jessicaaaa96 It was Eric wich took Bill. Because Bill know that Eric deliver V - Vampire - Drug. So the queen (of an state) Says that he have to take care of Bill.
Well my birth certicificate signals that im more then apparently English, and for someone who has friends and family from Essex, with very common accents compared to Stephen then yes, he does sound posh. He isnt like Hugh, who is from a renowed posh place like Oxford, but Stephen is well spoken, compared to some people from Essex. So all I was referring to is that he is well spoken although he is from a place usually with a common accent and places like Liverpool would shock Americans much more.
I was in Liverpool recently (for the first time) and my gosh did I have trouble understanding them. It's so awkward, and I felt so rude asking them to repeat themselves for the fourth time. And I'm Australian so I already have an accent. But Liverpool is just something else. Much worse than Cockney!
Can't wait for season 3. I live in the uk and season 1 is airing now but I couldn't wait for the next weeks episode so I'v watched all season 1 and 2 love it, it's so addictive. Love Eric and Bill sooooooooo hot. All the cast are great keep up the good work.
@juzzyrossit u know, i never do see why they compare all the men/boy-vampires of all vampire stories. it's like comparing romance heroes. u understand and maybe like each in their own way. and u hope that their characters are different. and when they're as different as pattinson and moyer, there's absolutely no meaning in comparing the two. and there's even less meaning in comparing them as people.
There are so many british actors doing well in the U.S, what makes me laugh is that Americans never do there homework and think just because their good their instantly American. A vast majority of the TB cast isn't American. Makes me proud to be British, but the whole woow!! English accent is a bit lame, doesn't anyone know what one sounds like? Stephen and Hugh have posh accents, you want to here someone from Liverpool or Birmingham then you will have a shock!
Well, when you consider how most people from Essex usually talk (sorry if that's offensive - it's just true that people from Essex speak with a common accent), he is posh in comparison.
i said woah when i heard his real voice. It's just like when i said woah when I heard Hugh Laurie's (Dr. House) voice lolz. They mask the british accent so well that you think they were really american. Great acting :-)
I love how people below can make a big issue over nothing. Who cares what people from other countries call our accents!!! I don't even think he has an Essex accent!
I'm from Essex. Just a few miles from where he's from. He doesn't have a typical 'commoner' essex accent. He just has a general southern south/east accent. Like the majority people from Essex.
To those saying 'it's not a british accent, it's actually an english accent', you're all wrong too. There is no one-size-fits-all english accent, just like there is no generic 'american' accent, because of regional dialects. The most accurate description of Stephen Moyer's accent could probably said to be estuary english, which is has features of speech found in both received pronunciation (ie speaking properly) and the accents of the south east (commonly London, Kent and Essex).

i agree with you, but as an American(california) it's almost too much class, if it's real heavy it sounds like they're acting all better than you, like they're trying to make it seem like their rich and sophisticated, i like stephens though.
don't take this the wrong way, I don't mean to be a smartass, but a Scottish accent is a British accent. Scotland is part of Great Britain. You meant an English accent (and likely only south-east England).
Scottish isn't British, there is a distinction, just as Irish is distinctly different from either Scottish or British. It may be part of Britian or it may not, but where dialects and accents are concerned, no dear , they aren't the same. A Scottish accent is a Scottish accent. So you werent being a smartass, quite the opposite actually.
But Scottish is British. British is England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. If you are from any of those constituent parts, you are British. There is no "British" accent - one can have an English, Welsh, Scottish, or Irish accent - but British? No.
A British accent is often confused for English b/c most British are English and they are the most powerful and influential component of the UK. But as a technical point, British is not an accent. Some Scots might take offense too.
To the world at large it is known as a British accent. To anyone outside of Britian, and it seems widely accepted so why get technical? Scots do speak "English" don't they? With a Scottish accent. Or the Irish with an Irish accent. The Brits speak English with a "British" accent. As do we with an American accent. We are, after all, talking about dialects not nationalities. What Ireland and Scotland belong to is besides the point.
"Scots do speak English don't they? With a Scottish accent...the Brits speak English with a British accent."
I know I am being technical. Most people outside of the UK think "British = English" and it is widely accepted. But Scots (and Ulster Irish) are 100% British. You can't say they speak English with a Scottish accent, but not a British one.
There is no singular British accent, just like there is no singular American one. Its just that outside the UK, people associate a certain english accent as "British". But that doesn't make it correct.
It sounds very strange to a British person because there is such distinction between the accents and the countries. To us it is like saying that there is a European accent (which I have heard said actually). It might sound like a minor technical point but it sounds wrong to British people.
To say there is a British accent is not wrong but there is no one stand out accent from those accents to call British.
okay if you say that he absolutely does have a british or whatever. but could someone tell me what's the difference between american accent and british accent ? (i ask this question cause I really don't get it and I speak french even I'm not from France =))
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
Well, it's the way they say certain words differently. Almost every other word in English is different. Like here in the USA we'd say "I went across the street" and in England they'd say "Oi weant Ah-Crosss the street" (bad example), but the point is there is a difference in pronunciation. It's like the same kind of difference between your French and Canadian French. To an English speaking ear it is difficult to hear the difference, but YOU would know right away! :) I hope that helps.

You can't say they speak English with a Scottish accent, but not a British one.

wth man.....u kinda dont explain your point very good. ur so confusing to everyone else
