back in these days most of other wrestlers were kindda light in weight so Undertaker could manhandle them in moves like the last ride and choke slam and that suited the bad ass persona just fine. But nowadays wrestlers are much harder to manhandle like he did in those old days. just look at John cena for example. so the moves of the current undertaker are more suitable also to his age as he is just giving punches and kicks most of the time. Thats my opinion :)

'Taker was awesome with this gimmic, but it's not good in the 'Now'. Another bad thing about it was that, I could be wrong, but he rarely ever beat stars like Austin and Rock. Hell, I'm pretty sure the only time he ever actually had a 'winning streak' with this gimmic was when he was feuding with Triple H and DX. Big Evil was good, maybe bring that back, but not American Badass.

what people need to realize is that the WWE keeps giving them what they want. Basically whenever a gimick gets over used and people don't like it WWE changes it. Undertaker is prime example, first he was the phenom, and everyone loved him. Then he was ministry and dark and demonic and people loved him. Then he became American Badass and people started getting tired of that and brought back Ministry taker. Now people want American Badass again. Just like Kane with his mask, everyone wants it back
