Fair enough dude. I was born and raised in New York, so I have heart felt feelings for NYC. NYC will always be my hometown city, but the truth is that times have changed - A LOT. NYC is not the City it was in the 80's and 90's. Mayor Guliani, and then the events of 911 and subsequent actions have taken a huge toll on the once great city of metropolis. I hope the city returns to glory in the future, but for now it just ain't the same. I have moved to California and thinking about Canada.

This video is mad interesting, I though Chicago projects were deep but this is crazy. Chicago has torn down most of their projects though, The Daley Dynasty are experts at tearing shit down and gentrifying it. Chicago is the 1st major city in the U.S. to undergo extensive gentrification projects like experimental mixed income communities that most of which are still less than 10 years old. But tearing down the projects cause the crime rate to spike, one gangs started fighting over new turf.

I've lived on SI 20 years. look at a map of the island on google. draw a horizontal line through the center... south beach is north/central. and on the EAST coast. it isn't south at ALL... the coast of the island cuts up at a 60 degree angle. Although it's on the southern coast, it's in the NORTHER/CENTRAL part of the island. Since the coastal angle is 60, the beach faces southward, but it's actually in the north. 1 more thing. Don't call me dumb. You're the one typing like an uneducated child.
