This was and still is my favorite TV show. all the other shows aren't as good as the OC was. but i was disappointed because i wanted Ryan and Marissa to be together. They were my favorite couple. but damn she had to freaking die :'(

@brainybrunette180, If this show stayed on the same track that it was on during Season 1 & 2, it could have been AMAZING and lasted for a long time. The series was fresh, interesting, funny, set in a fantastic location, intriguing plots, great acting, great music...

Damn, it makes me mad when I think of what could have been. The TV shows that are on now for that age group pale in comparison to "The O.C." This show had poignancy and meaning that newer shows just don't have.
