Taking this literally I would assume your comment is a generalization of the Olympic area, given the video's generalization of the police the two in turn lead me to assume you too generalized all the police present as RCMP. Since you lacked clarification, which you did later provide, my assumption was apt.

Also after a period you should be placing two spaces between the period and the start of the next sentence. Also you do not need to place a period after a question mark, the question mark denotes the end of the sentence. If you require any more grammar tips I am willing to provide some, do not worry these are common errors for the most part.

It's is a contraction for it is or it has.
Its is a possessive pronoun meaning, more or less, of it or belonging to it.
