@kyle589 i'll disagree with you on billy mostly as i think he was poorly used, the year he won king of the ring (1999) he wasn't originally down to win it, apparently x-pac was, and you should notice that every king of the ring winner ended up with a title shot at summerslam, but billy got a kiss my 'ass' match vs the rock which he lost, when he got injured in early 2000 and then came back after he had his rotator cuff surgery they took the mr ass gimmick which was over

These guys are just crap. These 2 could never get over on their own and Vince brought them together to form a great tag team. Road Dogg blew it with drug use and Billy Gunn just couldnt get over as a singles wrestler. So they go to TNA and blame WWE for their failures. To funny.

@kyle589 i'll disagree with you on billy mostly as i think he was poorly used, the year he won king of the ring (1999) he wasn't originally down to win it, apparently x-pac was, and you should notice that every king of the ring winner ended up with a title shot at summerslam, but billy got a kiss my 'ass' match vs the rock which he lost, when he got injured in early 2000 and then came back after he had his rotator cuff surgery they took the mr ass gimmick which was over

@NightRanger71379 they tried but they didn't really do it properly, apparently X-Pac was supposed to win the 1999 kotr but he did something wrong and they gave it to billy gunn, thus the reason why it looked like they had no real plans for him because apparently it was a last minute change, in my view it was misuse by the wwf as opposed to a guy not cutting it, the i.c title run in 2000 was pointless, they just gave him it til they could rekindle the benoit v jericho, a 'transitional' champion

You see the funniest thing about the Mr. Ass and Road Dogg is that 3-4 years later they are worth nothing compared to the value of Shawn Michaels and Triple H. Throughout this entire story line it just proves how jealous and worthless these two excuses for professional wrestlers and entertainers are. They knew they could never be anything in comparison the HBK and HHH so they went ahead and tried to get themselves noticed. It obviously hasn't worked for them or TNA.

I remember this and i remember watching Raw and it had HHH and HBK talking about 2 gus calling them out and i thought they were talking about VKM but it was Rated RKO -_-.
DX had to man lame comebacks. They were so dumb and out of character for HHH and HKB who were more serious at the time.

The Challenge was to a real fight and if McMahon accepted, he'd Legitimately get 1 million Dollars from VKM who did have the money with full support from the TNA Management
1. HHH and HBK have a schedule to keep and have suffered more injuries than VKM has ever had.
2. WWE cant risk giving TNA the publicity they desperately needed. If they did take it, then WWE's reputation will fall, Wrestlers will become Legit fighters and WWE will go to ruin while TNA will be sucking in all the new viewers.

@sayanroy36 apparently your memory doesn't go back any further then April of 1998. the NAO didn't originate anything with DX, just continued it. NAO aren't part of the real legacy of DX because they weren't anywhere near as big of a draw as HBK or HHH. They didn't create anything in DX, just road the coat tails. The Rock is still part of the legacy of the NOD because he was actually a LEADER of the NOD, not to mention its most over member by far. BTW they weren't over more then HHH in '98.
