That's actually pretty ineffective and I could easily see this being put into the game. It shoots slow moving projectiles instead of bullets, and the reduced damage is significant. The only good part of it is that it lights your targets on fire. I can't see how this would be "OP" or anything. No more ambushing, but doing the job the heavy was meant to do; defense. The enemies being lit on fire would prevent them from coming back to get the intel, push the cart, etc.

With the amount of flares this thing shoots, my game would lag incredibly. Also, considering that it was overpowered to start, the new "Crit at all ranges" effect of flares on burning people becomes instant death. Completely unbalanced. Seems due to be added in the next update (kidding, kidding)
