  • (sigh) Please pay attention: the nWo DID NOT "kill" WCW. And no one who really knows what they're talking about thinks that they did.

On another topic: "I'm strong--I'm a strong guy!" Sweet!

  • @LordHyena

dude far from killing the company nWo prolonged it by 6 years (before the wcw was maineventing witg a yeti humping hulk hogan)

but they should have known where to end the storyline (at starccade 97 with sting) or year later with wolfpac vs hollywood.

but they kept stretching it till there was nothing left. that was fatal.

And obvioulsy the incident they are talking about here,

The Finger Poke of Doom..nWo didnt kill wcw...but the Fingerpoke was definitley one of the biggest factors

  • @sayanroy36 No, I don't agree. Ha dthe nWo been kept going as it had been, in all likelihood things would've been fine. But anytime after 1997, they simply weren't doing the real nWo anymore. THAT'S what killed it.

  • @LordHyena

yeah exactly thats my point, had they gone on with the initial members. but it came to total chaos, when almost everyone was in it at one point or other.

heck even disco inferno became a member at one point. its like they beat up guysonme week, and next week that guy turns heel and joins nWo.

and then the wolfpac -hollywood thing, where the entire wcw roster was part of one side or the other, until there was nothing left to do.

  • @sayanroy36 But the problem there was not that it had too many guys, but that it wasn't the nWo anymore. If it had stayed one group, and never been split in two, things would've been fine, no matter how many members it had.

  • YEAH LOL YOU TOOK IT TO A DIFFERENT LEVEL ALLRIGHT, you were setting traditions yeah..traditions of KILLING A COMPANY

  • THE FINGERPOKE OF DOOM LOL

  • Pure gold. Hard to believe Nash worked in WWF so many times and never got to do anything like this. Nash and Hogan=gold. Nash and Shelley= gold. Nash and Hall=gold. And so on. Hell I even remember Nash and Scotty Steiner with the marker on the board lol...

    Nash is the man!

  • LMAO!! So many quotables in this promo.

"All I know is, I'm losing consciousness as I'm on my way to hit the ground!"

"But I learned that from you. You taught me to be focused, mind, body, spirit, and soul."

"This isn't one of those Bruce Lee things where I die 20 years later"

  • LOL

    classic just classic

  • pretty shit compared to the black and white paid announcements, this just has a shit opening/ending voice over/

  • dx sucked nwo was better.
