  • really i live here for 40 yrs really

  • Never before have I experienced such a severe case. The teachers and students at my school said that they would go on holiday to other countries instead of Canada. And you, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON APPLYING FOR ANY KIND OF VISA TO CANADA. CHOOSE ANOTHER MORE WELCOMING COUNTRY.

  • Additionally, they wrote : “There is no formal right of appeal on temporary resident visa decisions”; “An applicant may also seek leave through the Federal Court of Canada to request a judicial review of any decision made by a visa officer, if he or she believes that the process was not legally or procedurally fair. A lawyer in Canada would have to act on behalf of the applicant”. (cont)

  • In contrast, some other countries give detailed explanations, so the applicant knows exactly why his or her application was rejected and is not disappointed with the decision. Therefore, I decided to write to the Canadian High Commissioner to ask for specific feedback. However, they sent me another fixed form which was very impersonal “Dear Sir/Madam,…”, and they repeated the same things as the previous forms. (cont)

  • They did not explain the reasons clearly, just sent me a fixed form in which they crossed the boxes, for example : x your travel history. With my application I enclosed a statement in which I noted how many countries I have travelled to and for what. As well, my visas to the USA, the UK, etc were shown in my passport. I really did not understand what more they needed ??? (cont)

  • CANADIAN VISA - an awful experience. I am an Asian student, studying in the UK. I planned to visit a friend in Canada for 15 days, so I applied for a Canadian visitor visa. I have travelled to many countries, so I believed I had enough experience to prepare my visa application well. Yet the visa officers at the Canadian High Commission have refused my application…twice ! (cont)

  • Breaks my heart I've been apart from my wife it's been 4 years now

  • Thanks to the PC's heartless immigration policiies, I am unable to visit Ontario with my Jamaican wife. I am a Canadian citizen. My wife was denied a visa to visit Canada four times. We travel freely to most other countries (spending money to the benefit of these welcoming countries) however my own country does not allow me to visit Canada with my wife because she is Jamaican. Shame on you Canada. Shame on the PC's, Harper and Jason Kenney, Minister of Immigration.

  • I am thankful to have seen this video. Great one! thank you and keep up the good work!
