Ah yes. I recall seeing this video awhile back (or an earlier edit) from the Westhavenbrook archives that were up on the Intertubes. That's definitely a Spurlock ruling the mall.
@dorkduchessdebbie This video was shot around early 2002 (I think) and edited in 2003. Cody Spurlock who plays Derek Arizona in The Danger Element series is wearing the costume.
@Battlejitni Oh ok, I just wondered because it said it was Justin's video, but then the person in the video kinda looked a bit like him but I didn't think it was. Thank you for clarifying. :-)
I was impressed with the Authentic Towel Cape which was the icing on the proverbial Super Hero Costume Cake. I was on the edge of my seat wondering what would happen next. Okay, I wasn't really. I was just being polite. I did laugh though. :-)
