hi, i'm loving your scrappy steps afghan blanket, i'm going to make one as soon as i have finished some hats that i'm making ( following your other vids lol)
I just have a few questions. Over here in the UK we call the crochet stitches a little differently, like USA double crochet is UK triple crochet. which is fine i've come to know the differences but i'm having trouble when you talk about different thicknesses of yarn/wool, 3ply or 4ply yarn/wool and worsted weight? can you help me out?
@LittleMissJennifer84 There is a site called Ravelry.com that has lots of cool information. They actually have a page with conversions. But you have to join the site. It's a free social network site exclusively for needle workers. Worsted weight is also known as Aran or 10ply in your terms it's also can be measures in wpi (wraps per inch) worsted weight is 9wpi...meaning you wrap the yarn around a ruler or a pencil laying the strands side by side 9 times and it will measure one inch.
Hi Beth! I LOVE your videos!!! I started your scrappy steps pattern for an afghan and I´m still really excited although it seems to turn into a lifetime project;=)! Thank you so much for sharing!!!!
Hi Beth, I just saw the series of videos for this afghan. I didn't see one where you showed the fringe being done. Did I miss it or is it not available? By the way, your afghan is very nice. What a creative idea!
Hi. And thanks for the video. I was actually thinking of doing something similar this morning, but was curious as to how to approach. This helps a lot! Thanks again and God bless.

It's a nice pattern. I should think of trying this whenever I have enough scrap again. I have been making 'mile-a-minutes' for a few months now ^_^;
