also i recomend showering and shaving before you put it on. putting it on around 8:00 is nice time to do it

I use the lotion, I have longer arms so I can apply it on my back but if youre worried you can have somebody else help you with it. I believe the aerosol would be hard to work with on your back because you would need to rub it in. Another way is to go to the store and get one of those back scrubbers you would use in the shower and you can apply it that way, but make sure its not a real scratchy scrubber because that may not apply well. I was wondering if you have any tips on how to make sure that u evenly apply in hard to reach areas like the middle to upper back... is it better to do it with the aerosol or try to reach with the lotion?
