@friendswings417 Not one person in this world would disagree with you. He was her poison, he was already damaged when he dragged her down with him. People may say he would never want to harm her as he loved her too much, but introducing her to his lifestyle was as good as putting a gun to her head. Of course she went along willingly, because she loved him and wanted to share everything with him ( even the drugs) He will be out of prison soon and I believe it's only a matter of time for him too

@friendswings417 I agree with you . To me it seemed she was willing to compromise herself for his love and fell into the sort of lifestyle which would ultimately kill her. I also believe she never really got over him, even though she was reportedly engaged to Reg Traviss (depending on which blogs you read) There's one video on here where she has baby mice in her hand and in a baby voice ( pretending to be the mouse) she begs Blake not to divorce Amy. Very sad
@reallyrolly true, I saw that video with the mice, and she loved and begged him even in that condition with her boyfriend by her at that time. it was REAL love from her side.. and that's why she couldn't get out of her addictions and depression. she was a sensitive and tortured soul, too good for this place, that's why she went back to the light as an angel :)
@friendswings417 Yes she was indeed a tortured soul, and it was very hard for her to overcome her demons even though I do believe she tried many times to do so. I also believe in the spirit and the soul which finds peace and a resting place after the person has passed. This is where we all go in the end. She doesn't have to suffer any more

ps, there is no one who knew her personally that would have a bad thing to say about her inner beauty, generosity, and giving nature. She would do anything for anyone. Sadly this is the same fate that touches thousands of drug/alochol abusers each day around the world. Not one of them begins an addiction willingly, yet they go into this lifestyle knowing but not caring if/when it does happen and thinking they will be able to control it if it does. Rarely are they lucky to get out alive
@reallyrolly The music world is not as awesome as you think. All the musicians (Coldplay, AC/DC, Metallica, Muse, and much much others) are always under pressure, because there's always that thought of making the fans love you more and that can bring you crazy and make you take drugs to forget it. The tattoos and the other things were consequence from the drugs. She couldn't handle herself in the music world. It's sad but it's true.
I think that, in that time, if she could have an idea that she would die some years latter because of drugs, she would have never done what she did. What a big loss. Amy, rest in peace, my diva. Your talent will remain forever.

I always wonder about all these great musicians on stage... brilliant as the all are they are entirely dependent on the little girl at the front of the stage. I just hope they have all been able to find other work where they are just as much appreciated. Amy, Amy, you provided the platform for their skills, when will we see the like again?
This is how I want to remember her, on stage knockin em dead. I hope whomever influenced her to start her on the path of digging her own grave with her teeth, will suffer eternally. There have been, and will always be another Brit girl to emulate Amy's vibe musically, but unfortunately there will never be another Brit solo artist that can capture that special voice. RIP Amy. @friendswings417 Not one person in this world would disagree with you. He was her poison, he was already damaged when he dragged her down with him. People may say he would never want to harm her as he loved her too much, but introducing her to his lifestyle was as good as putting a gun to her head. Of course she went along willingly, because she loved him and wanted to share everything with him ( even the drugs) He will be out of prison soon and I believe it's only a matter of time for him too

@friendswings417 I agree with you . To me it seemed she was willing to compromise herself for his love and fell into the sort of lifestyle which would ultimately kill her. I also believe she never really got over him, even though she was reportedly engaged to Reg Traviss (depending on which blogs you read) There's one video on here where she has baby mice in her hand and in a baby voice ( pretending to be the mouse) she begs Blake not to divorce Amy. Very sad

@reallyrolly true, I saw that video with the mice, and she loved and begged him even in that condition with her boyfriend by her at that time. it was REAL love from her side.. and that's why she couldn't get out of her addictions and depression. she was a sensitive and tortured soul, too good for this place, that's why she went back to the light as an angel :)

@friendswings417 Yes she was indeed a tortured soul, and it was very hard for her to overcome her demons even though I do believe she tried many times to do so. I also believe in the spirit and the soul which finds peace and a resting place after the person has passed. This is where we all go in the end. She doesn't have to suffer any more

ps, there is no one who knew her personally that would have a bad thing to say about her inner beauty, generosity, and giving nature. She would do anything for anyone. Sadly this is the same fate that touches thousands of drug/alochol abusers each day around the world. Not one of them begins an addiction willingly, yet they go into this lifestyle knowing but not caring if/when it does happen and thinking they will be able to control it if it does. Rarely are they lucky to get out alive

All the musicians (Coldplay, AC/DC, Metallica, Muse, and much much others) are always under pressure, because there's always that thought of making the fans love you more and that can bring you crazy and make you take drugs to forget it. The tattoos and the other things were consequence from the drugs. She couldn't handle herself in the music world. It's sad but it's true.

I always wonder about all these great musicians on stage... brilliant as the all are they are entirely dependent on the little girl at the front of the stage. I just hope they have all been able to find other work where they are just as much appreciated. Amy, Amy, you provided the platform for their skills, when will we see the like again?

This is how I want to remember her, on stage knockin em dead. I hope whomever influenced her to start her on the path of digging her own grave with her teeth, will suffer eternally. There have been, and will always be another Brit girl to emulate Amy's vibe musically, but unfortunately there will never be another Brit solo artist that can capture that special voice. RIP Amy.
