I did it it's not impossible you just need to walk into the right area it's very To steer though I tried being crashing into the streets but sooooo hard to fly

you know you only have to get to the 33, 32 i think to unlock the other island. the missions are kind of easy but you can do it with more that one try. then the hurricane is over and all the planes run.

no you have to get an ambulance and jump on the wing next press square alot of times and a couple of tries and it will work
