at the beginning you made a sketch, then u made it look see through to perfect lines, how did u do that?

@trackingpredator27 the rough sketch is made in one separate layer, when you finish all the rough lines you have to low it´s opacity to 20% (in the layer window) then you create another layer above the first one, then with good hand pulse you have to redo the sketched lines as the final lineart, finally you delete the "sketch layer" above the lineart layer and it´s ready, you will have only the smooth lineart layer

@sammy4797 thank you, and then i will reply as i will normally do: well there are certain type of manga (i don´t remember the names) that use this technique, some artist trim about the hair line but others (like the diary manga) use this like a resource for quick panel draws, personally i didn´t figure it out i was doing that after i finish the drawing, it happens sometimes

@CBAmoofin At 1:22 she's not darkening the lines, you make a new layer and go over the lines and then keep the layer underneath as the sketch and the one above as the lineart. This way the dark lines (lineart) are clean and the sketch can just stay rough and they are separate. :)

@CBAmoofin all the drawing was done with OpenCanvas 4.03E PLUS, but if you use PS you can dark the lines using the image>adjustments>brightness/c­ontrast and move the levels, easy!!!, and the scribbles, well it´s really good hand XD

I don't think there is such a thing as "good" or "bad" anime/manga. If you tried your best, then it's good. If you didnt put in any effort, then try harder. Even if you don't like the result compared to a professional drawing, cheer up! It takes years to start perfecting your work. <3

Hey, to people who are here looking for a guide that tells them exactly how to draw, I'd just tell you you're not going to find it.. You can pick up some good tips on the internet, but if you're really determined to get to be a good drawer, you just have to keep at it. You'll find out for yourself how you can draw things, and it might take a long time but you'll keep getting better. Don't give up~

@Me4EverNatalie that´s a "gradient" in photoshop this tool is in the "paint bucket" subtool window, choose the two colors the gradient will follow and trace a path in the drawing, it automatically will draw a gradient parting from the fisrt color to the second, if you want to make the gradient in an especific place or element, don´t forget to "select" it or lock the layer transparency

@karuley8D i change it´s color, the lineart was entirely black, but i use the filter options to turn it to a purple like lineart color, this also make the image less sharp
