I wanted to hear some alternatives to surgery, not that I should have prevented them. And YES, bunions can be hereditary. When a child has bunions, it's not because they've been wearing pointed high-healed shoes!
there are exercises to do that work and yoga toes help. i've been doing the dr.paulamoore natural bunion exercises on youtube for a week they really help. i won't have surgery there are other ways besides 'comfortable shoes' lol
Thank you for your interesting clip, but I must correct you on a couple of points. Bunions are not caused by wearing tight shoes. They may be exacerbated by ill fitting footwear, but that is not what causes bunions. They are hereditary. I've had bunions since kindergarten, and I inherited this from my mother, and she from her mother. They run in the family and my doctor said they are associated with arthritis which also runs in the family. Many thanks.
@erinundra You're whats wrong with people today. When ignorant and retarded and cannot explain something say it's hereditary to take away all blame from yourself. Fat people say it too, they aren't fat because genes from their parents made them that way. They are fat because their parents fed them fatty foods. Not hereditary. Same with bunions, not herditary but because you made pooor choices in your footcare purchases.

What part of "wear comfortable fitting shoes" is "alt medicine?" That's simply common sense! Tell me something we don't already know...

@machines54 You can't type, spell, puntuate or write sentences correctly, but you call others "ignorant and retarded".
