As a fan of A Confederacy of Dunces, I imagine you are referencing this book as you write "smug letters to old professors." Additionally, Ignatius was himself a fan of Boethius and Fortuna's wheel. The war goes badly for some time, but then, the completion and premiere of the play goes well. How Fortuna's wheel plagues us so! Both funny and well written, I look forward to attempting to interpreting the next in your series =)
Am I the only one who thought of Finnegan's Wake? It's as if someone translated it into focused, coherent thoughts but kept the chaos, with the plot and setting still changing at a whim.
These surface level comments from the masses are an indication of median intelligence and should be dismissed. There are, however, references to very deep contradictions and ironies within these so called "Paradoxes". We can see reflections of the authors psychological state, personality profile, and the way he views the world around him. Essentially, this creative work is the mirror with which the author views himself. Congratulations, Theo. You have garnered my attention.
What's the paradox here though? There are clearly time span and non chronolgical order features, etc. The barking and the urinating on the 3 year old boy I found strange but I wonder if that was meant to be literal or was instead a state of mind and an urge - which could itself be psychoanalysed. Also, though, the claim that he was over her when he clearly wasn't and he was in fact sublimating. I'm not sure psychoanalysis would have helped anyway. So, anyway, tell me the paradox you mean here.
Absolutely intense. That piece gave me chills. Surrealism be damned that transcended the realm of the ethereal and skipped right to incomprehensible bliss!
This is excellent stuff you got going on here, somewhat surreal. I guess I'll have to wait for the next one, something to which i am looking forward to.
Well hey, if your goal of perfect happiness was pissing on a boy using virtue and not desire, then you have reached your highest good. Great job!

The only paradox that I can see is that while I am a bear of very little intellect, I am inexplicably drawn to theowarner's vids. Bother.
I eagerly await the next installment - I've got money riding on "Love Conquers All."

I once pissed on Spiro Agnew, but it was I who was three years old at the time, he was much older and bigger than a fire hydrant.
