Actually, if you shuffle them the way he does, the holo is 2nd to last, and the rarest is in the back always. Didn't you see how is Zekrom Full Art was in the back???

The full arts arn't really that rare imo. I pulled two zekrom FAs in just two packs (when I bought 3 packs at once) then two reshiram FAs in a reshiram tin.
