@figlie S8000 is a feature pack phone, where as the i8000 is a smart phone with windows mobile 6.5 OS, i8000 is also known as the Omnia II

@MrColdspace try reducing the bit rate by converting it, I would suggest Any Video Converter, it's free

or if you have any app open in the background, try closing it then watch the video.

you can see the running apps by pressing and holding the cube(menu) button

@MrColdspace It's just the regional difference bro, don't worry. 8003 is asian and 8000 is european, samsung adds 3 to every phone sold in Asia.

Thanks for the rating, Videos are superb and music is very loud and clear. Although the music is not balanced like Nokia's xpress music but most people prefer the samsung's sound. so better check it before you buy it

Hi,

for non-technical people i would definitely recommend it, cuz it is easy to use and has a brilliant media player.

but for people who are technical and want to customize their phone, I would say look else where. this phone is close to a nightmare for tech people.

as far as i know the 8003 over the 8000 is arab and more eastean. but i dont have that "bag" for it.. mine is just boring and whitout cut outs for speaker and so -.-'

I believe that 8000 and 8003 is due to regions.

We never got 8000 here neither that 5230(Star, We got 5233)

i think the 8003 is an upgraded version, probably faster or fixing some minor problems with the original because UK ones are 8003 but they were 8000 when they first came out here.
