The end times speak of these things girl! Many of us feel the same as you. Yes! something is going on, bad. Keep your relationship with God, you know him personally, rely on that and the word. Im not a preacher or bishop. Some times I'll go to church and sometimes I'll have a long time lay off. But I stay in contact with God because thats what we are suppose to do. Put your faith in NO MAN and don't EVER, EVER, EVER.......... allow the devil to make you question your faith and take that victory away from you. How can you say that you are confused? The devil and his evil demons are EVERY WHERE and will stop at, or for nothing to confuse you and have you to question your faith. WOW, we who are of the church have a LONG, LONG way to go and we still don't read or understand the bible. We need to read Romans ch. 3: ver's 10 - 18. We are putting man on a very high post. Bishop, Teacher, Preacher or what ever they like to be called. No one is closer to God than you who pray to God. If you understand what I mean. Its ok to go to church if you keep that in mind. Let the Holly Spirit guide YOU and don't let the devil confuse you. Pray and read with understanding!!!!

First, you should not put your trust in man. Put your trust in God. God wants us to put our trust in Him because he knows preachers, evangelists and ministers are all human.  They sin just like we do. We, as a people, put them on this pedestal and treat them like they are a god and we find out later that they are just like us. I needed someone touchable as my leaders but as I drew closer to God, I didn't need that so much. The main thing is like I said is to know God for urself and not to make a Pastor our God. Hey hon. this is a good video. The main thing that you need to know is that you must have a relationship with God personally. You got to have a relationship with God and not just sit in the church and not know God. Not to say that you don't because I sense that you really love God. Now I will tell everyone that larger ministries are not for everyone. It really takes a level of maturity to sit under a big ministry.
