I believe GiJoe went down hill interms of vehicles and quality after 1990 (General, Loctus, Retaliator).

Only after the 25h anniversary line have they come back, although some of the vehicles still suck ass.

@Abradrake2 despite airing in the 90's joe show, the HISS V2 tanks were far better then the stunner, driver, cab gunner(side mounted machine guns), turret gunner (3 canons instead of 2 like the oringal hiss), and room inside for 4 more cobras to sit, cobras solution to the warthog.

Man the Stilletto sucked so bad! I got one from a vintage toy store recently, I always thought it looked cool in the pictures Ive seen of it (never owned this one as a child), but when I bought the thing and could actually hold it in my hands it seemed much less impressive....The majority of it seems to be just one big hunk of cheap-o redish orange plastic with little else. A true stinker compared to my other Joe/Cobra vehicles.

@frankensteinmoneymac That is be cause the year it was released, Hasbro seriously downgraded the quality of the GI Joe toyline. Most of what was released at that time period was crap. They started going more SciFi and it started going downhill.

@Deke101 Yeah, I think your right...I still go to that Vintage Toy shop in my town and they have a huge GI JOE collection from all time periods.....you can tell when they started going Sci-Fi..with spaceships and even some weird alien creatures (they might have been genetic freaks, more so than alien....I wasnt interested enough to find out LOL). Their best vehicles always looked real world, but just a tad futuristic. Stuff U could imagine the army/airforce already has but just hasnt made public
