Would it be possible to program the time circuits slightly differently? What I mean is that, if you wanted to go to a PM time, you would have to put in the time the way you would read it on a world clock. It's kinda hard to explain.

what is the difference between the version 1 and version 2 Time Circuits?

Version 2 has correct size of displays, every single detail is screen accurate, and the metal case is 100% aluminum. The keypad is an exact replica of the original.
