The story behind this is that disney only made the first 3 seconds of this after creating steamboat willie and a few other episodes of mickey mouse, the 3 second clip was leaked a few years ago and someone on 4chan made the clip keep repeating and getting distorted, the clip of the girl getting killed in the background is a popular clip from an old movie I believe, and all the moaning and screaming is audio clips from a movie.
