A word of encouragement keep up the Worship!! It's ALL ABOUT THE ONE WHO'S WORTHY OF A L L OUR PRAISE!! I don't think he looks at us and says it's not exactly right. I think it's an AWSOME thing to see a young person worship God with all her being!ITS JUST BEAUTIFUL!! Keep it up! I'm on a Worship team and have a deaf son and BELIEVE me I don't have it just right but God annoints it because it's ALL for HIM!

Me and my best friend love this song and we were gonna sing it at church but since we are learning sign language we told our youth director that we would sign to this song instead and your video is really helping us learn this song quick and easy. we have only been praticing 45 minutes now and already have down pact half of this song. thanks so much!!! your a blessing!!:)

Great job! Just one suggestion... when you sign and you speak every words in the song looks really confusing! When use ASL, often we (yes I am deaf) don't mouth the every words out. By the way.... the sign for "chance" is not with "K" but a "C".

I came across The CODA brothers. You might enjoy them alot. They are 2 brothers who tell stories about growing up hearing in a deaf family. All of their vlogs have voiceover interpretation. They are pretty funny!
You did a nice job incorporating photo images into the song. You have a great understanding of vocabulary and smooth flow in your PSE signing. Now you need to get into a class called "contrastive analysis" which will teach you the difference between English and ASL. Increased use of classifiers, grammatical structure of ASL. Deaf teachers or CODA teachers is a MUST to break out of your current signing style. Go girl! You can do it! : )
i think when she points at her head it means "for" so shes actully sayin "give me your eyes for a second" ??? im not sure but i dont thinks shes asking for his eyest o be put in her head.
This is not the first time I have seen this translation... Do you think the sky being "broken" is going to make sense to a deaf person? And you're not really asking for His eyes to be put in your head are you?

You are certainally talented but you are not signing in ASL. You are signing in PSE. Hugh difference to a deaf person. PSE is in english word order and on the mouth . ASL is Picture concepts and not English words. Keep studying but have deaf teachers.

Hi, Jen, I am studying Sign Language Interpreting at a new ITP here in the Rio Grande Valley and sometimes I sign at my church. I like the way you sign, especially the facial expressions which are so important to the deaf. Keep it up
i learned how to do most of the signs because of a program at my church. it's kinda hard you did wonderful! i can't never go fast, i always skrew up lol
Love the video! I have a quick question .. I just learned the alphabet in ASL and I was wondering when you use the alphabet? I noticed that when people sign they mostly use gestures and expressions? or i could be wrong.
People use fingerspelling [what the alphabet is called when you use it] when they dont know a sign, or if you have to say a specific place. Like if i had to introduce you to a deaf person i would fingerspell your name. Or if i said i lived by a target i would have to fingerspell target. Hope this helps. :]
GREAT video. I loved it. Your signing is so clear. One note: I always watch ASL videos first without sound so I can truly experience it. It made me notice...I think you mouthed every word in the song. I'm guilty of it myself. It's kind of distracting. Just my opinion :) But excellent job!
I've ALWAYS wanted to sign for deaf people, well... I OCCASIONALLY sign for deaf people @ my church, but that's not enough. hehe... ya know? I'd love to become an interpreter for deaf people alone. But u have to be certified tho. Which is what I'm working on right now. ;)

Love the video! I have a quick question .. I just learned the alphabet in ASL and I was wondering when you use the alphabet? I noticed that when people sign they mostly use gestures and expressions? or i could be wrong.

People use fingerspelling [what the alphabet is called when you use it] when they dont know a sign, or if you have to say a specific place. Like if i had to introduce you to a deaf person i would fingerspell your name. Or if i said i lived by a target i would have to fingerspell target. Hope this helps. :]

GREAT video. I loved it. Your signing is so clear. One note: I always watch ASL videos first without sound so I can truly experience it. It made me notice...I think you mouthed every word in the song. I'm guilty of it myself. It's kind of distracting. Just my opinion :) But excellent job!

No I don't. Occasionally I'll be with a Deaf friend and I'll do mini interpretations of what people say but no, nothing formal.

I've ALWAYS wanted to sign for deaf people, well... I OCCASIONALLY sign for deaf people @ my church, but that's not enough. hehe... ya know? I'd love to become an interpreter for deaf people alone. But u have to be certified tho. Which is what I'm working on right now. ;)
