I've been learning to check the facts first and if I do want to know about a topic more I speak in questions that reflect what I've heard about the subject and allow for those who may know a bit more than I do to correct me or add to what I've heard. To say I'm only "talking about broke rappers" is missing the forest for the trees. In every video I make, whether about hip-hop or not, I strive to represent a set of principles which can be applied to many topics beyond the one I'm explicitly discussing. The most recent video I made, about Joe Budden and Ransom, was also about the general principle of valuing human life and choosing not to waste it by escalating a futile conflict.

You would know what I do or don't know about MLK how, exactly? :) Regardless, I said in this video that I sometimes do vids that aren't about hip-hop, and for anyone who visits my site that fact is obvious. I just don't think it makes sense to insist that I (or anyone) is OBLIGATED to at all times. The same goes for rappers, it's important to have some emcees who speak on deeper topics, but we don't need every emcee to get political on every song. We need diversity and balance.
