I dont understand what you people are saying about God being male and female I don't know how that works. I can see God as neither because God doesn't have a body like ours nor a mind because we are carnal beings. I can understand people thinking God was female because that's what they praised, but if you look anywhere in Islam Judaism or Christianity he doesn't have a form so God makes us in his image but sense we fell from grace he made a new woman and man this time the man came from the woma

The man gives life to the egg. The woman carries it and shares it. The man's seed carries both the female chromosome (x) as well as the male's (y); this decides the sex of the child. A woman does not carry the genetic code for a man (i.e. Y). So if we were made in His image as it says in Genesis, it would seem two sexes would come from a male as we were designed.

@RedRiverBlogJam The Bible is the inspired word of God and God chose to reveal Himself in the masculine gender. You don't have the authority to change that. The Bible does not support a feminine identity or image of God and referring to the God of the Bible as a "Mother God" misrepresents and disregards what the Bible says, and frankly creates a false god. The Bible does say that God is superior to humans, but feminists in their arrogance and audacity take that to mean God is a woman.

Agreed brianbmf! This goddess stuff is really popular & might look harmless but I believe it puts souls in peril. These ladies have no idea what they're dabbling in, I think to them it's charming fun, maybe makes them feel special. They don't understand that it's disregard for the living God of the Bible, Jesus. Also the thought that men were made in the image of God is not what feminists want to hear. So maybe goddess worship is their answer, even going so far as to say God was a woman.

Or perhaps you're just ignorant. If humans are made in God's image then God has both masculine and feminine qualities, we display these different qualities of God, but to say 'God may be a woman too' is to suggest that God is made in the image of humans and shows your own misunderstanding of God altogether.
