I can't say that I only use one piece of music per song. I find it's best to find many different versions and pick the parts of each that you like the best. I get sheet music in a songbook, but it still never sounds the same as in the song. What I'm trying to say is that follow your favorite sheet music as well as improvising what you feel needs to be different. In other words, I don't have the exact sheet music for this.
