If you ask me or any other sensible person, they would tell you that it is "wasteful spending" and no amount of comparison to other federal spending "pits" will ever measure up to the money we have/are throwing away. Just consider the good some of that money can do elsewhere.

Over half of all federal money is give to the military, most of is is for defense (i.e. nuclear defense programs),on top of that it costs billions of dollars each year to maintain the nukes. If you ask me or any other sensible person, they would tell you that it is "wasteful spending" and no amount of comparison to other federal spending "pits" will ever measure up to the money we have/are throwing away. Just consider the good some of that money can do elsewhere.

The USSR lost the cold war first, now it is time for the US to restructure it's economy also. An economy run on missiles nobody wants is dumb.
