To the official Sochi 2014 needs something (a styling snowflake). No reflects nothing about Russia, the Olympics and Sochi. I´m accord with cgsilverscreen so weak, so tasteless, so cold and looks like a web address.
Sorry, but this is the worst Olympic logo in history!!!! The very idea is to show "a new Russia" and it deals with a "digital logo" by adding ".ru" to the official emblem. London 2012 is better (I like it) I don't know what is happening with the logos... Hope to Rio doesn't screw it up again...
I must admit, this is NOT a logo!!! An Olympic host city's logo depicts significance to the city/region/culture. The best Olympic Winter Games logo goes to Nagano 1998. The advertising company who designed Nagano's logo did plenty of research when they decided to design the snowflower incorporating the Olympic sports within the petals. I must agree with the others...that this is the worst logo (Winter of Summer). I hope the organizing committee changes it!

That's not EVEN A LOGO. That's just letters w/o any symbol. It's good to add the mascot siluet to the logo (like in Vancouver)

I am from Sochi. Everyone in Sochi hate it. Because it is the worst logo in the world.
