I originally saw it in the 90's & they finally repeated it on ITV 2. It's from a Commander Dalglish film starring Roy Marsden. Unfortunately the title escapes me.
The actress sort of reminds me of Penny Downie. Was this maybe "A Certain Justice" from 1998? Secondly I did not hear screeching tires when she pulled the hand-brake. Were they tampered with, or is she just having a bad day?
