Andrey this piece grows on me more and more. You are not only a wonder of a pianist, but a musicologist. Your arrangement of Mussorgsky is in and of itself a masterwork; a challenge and and invitation to any interpreter. How Russian it is this piece! It is nostalgic, with oriental arpeggios, and the dark bells of the Orthodox Churches bring up a solemnity and peace, but also a sad nostalgia. Thanks a lot!
