How to - CWCheat on all m33/GEN/Prom "Tutorial" ( Very detailed )

im not sure how to put in the cheats... ive looked around youtube and google but i cant find a tutorial. all i know is you install seplugins>cwcheat>CHEAT(open as a notepad document). is that right? anyway... i go into MHFU click enable cheats, but in the cheat selection menu there are no cheats to select Which is really frustrating... anyway good vid!!! thanks

@MultiJb1000 Well I'd suggest you always get the latest version. Which would be 0.2.3 in this case.

@J4ZzFB Sounds to me like you didn't insert any cheats for that game into the database. Or got the wrong game ID. Download UMDgen , load your .ISO up into it and check the game ID.

@ben10kenobi If you activate too many at the same time the game will most likely crash. Due to multiple codes trying to acces the same information and hence causing crashes. Also your codes might just be messed up , try using less at the same time.

@200zero Well why would it not work on that ? Obviously it still does. Though 5.00 m33-6 isn't really up to date anymore. You might wanna think about updating to GEN. In case you don't know how go ahead and PM me on here.

@rathathian Open the character sheet and read the options on the right corner , it should list a few things and their corresponding buttons , along with that you will find an option to change the costume , it should say "alternative" for this costume.

@lilmanjay42 Well ! Most likely , you either got the wrong codes , the wrong Game ID , or the wrong game. ( wrong Game ID means you have the wrong cheats for your game , put your iso into UMDGen and check the "serial number" if it doesn't match with your codes , there you got your solution. So if that's the case go find cheats for your game ^^ ) Also you might wanna make sure you got the ends of all lines right , no spaces and such. Well good luck witht hat , reply if you still can't get it.

@XenosagaFreak202 Well my first guess would be that you've either activated too many at a time and they're overlapping hence freezing the game , OR that they're the wrong codes. As in different regions of code and game.

@theverylastname2 TBH I don't know if you can leave spaces between the lines , but I never left any and it worked fine. ^^ And for the cheats just search google for something like "Monster Hunter Freedom Unite" cwcheat US. If that doesn't get you waht you need I could send you my cheat.db if you PM me your e-maiil adress.

alrite i have 5.00m33-6 wen i install cw cheats i go in2 recovery menu 2 enable 2 things cwcheat.prx n cwcheatpops.prx n boom it wrks BUT wen i add in popsloader for my cfw it works for my final fantasy 8 game but cw cheats doesnt wrk on it........n instead wen i check in recovery menu it says enabled cwcheat.prx n popsloader enabled......cwcheatpops.prx is gone....ne idea wut im doing wrong?

@BenH333 , sorry that it took a while to reply , well one of the reasons could be that you didn't enable the plugin right , another one could be that the version of your game ( region for example) doesn't match with the codes you put in the cheat.db , or maybe there's not any codes in there. The last one would be..that you maybe just put something wrong in the cheat.db , since the tiniest mistakes can lead to it not working. So check those, if it still doesn't work ,I'll try to help you further.

Well, either you don't have CFW , or you're not doing it right , hold down the R shoulderbutton then start your PSP up , it should show up then xP
