  • The reference system is so corrupt! Yaa, so who gets the best references? Guys like PM Berlusconi of Italy and the women he has had sexual contact with. There is even a company which sell references.

  • I dunno, 3-5 business refs + 3 character refs seems like overkill for an entry level job

  • get it in writing, someitmes your friendly ref's can get jealous of your good fortune and stab you in the back,,,why not write up a talking points outline for them, written FROM THEIR POV, of  course.
